Piran

I drew him better and i gave him a name and a back story

i know the sky in the background is a bit naff but it could have been alot worse ^^

The story:
One day a Cornish Pirate ship was caught in a terrible storm and it took every man aboard working to keep the ship afloat and just when they thought that it was too much a calm settled around them too suddenly to be considered normal and that's when they found him a boy of maybe 5 years old floating unconscious on a panel of wood. they brought him aboard and cared for him. when he came around he had no memory of his life. the crew raised him as there own and named him Piran an apt name given the circumstances ^^. He has a eerie power over the sea and can calm any storm but he can also brew one so you best not piss him off!

It occurred to me that no one would know what i was on about with the name piran except kat so ill just explain ^^

The Irish tied Saint Piran to a mill-stone, rolled it over the edge of a cliff into a stormy sea, which immediately became calm, and the saint floated safely over the water to land upon the sandy beach of Perranzabuloe in Cornwall.

he then set a fire on the millstone which managed to smelt the copper from it which rose into the air to form a white cross which is where the Cornish flag came from. he became the patron saint of tin mining. tin mining had been around before then but the technique had been lost over the centuries and he renewed it.

all a bit far-fetched really ^^ yay for us Cornish idiots
